I'm really jacked about these new New Body-Bands Loop Resistance Bands. I was searching online the other day looking for some new training videos when I ran across these Bands. The ever-so-bright color scheme immediately caught my attention... and most importantly the resistance and elasticity these bands offer. After dedicating my time to more research I came up to a few conclusions. Where do I start...?

So for starters did I mention the Resistance?? This 4-band set arrives at you door:

  • Red Band > 10 to 35 lbs of Resistance
  • Black Band > 30 to 50 Pounds of Resistance
  • Purple Band > 40 to 80 Pounds of Resistance
  • Green Band > 50 to 120 Pounds of Resistance
This is a great set for Beginners, Intermediates to use for Strength Training, Resistance Training, Isometric Training, P90X and Pull Up assistance! Who out there doesn't need Pull Up assistance? These bands are made by layering a continuous sheet of natural rubber latex which gives it added strength and durability. For those days you can't get to the gym... these Body Bands are the answer to you Home Workouts!

Great set of bands at a reasonable price. I use the bands to apply resistance to my novice athletes without having to put them under the load of a barbell. Perfect for safely training proper movement patterns for various lifts with resistance. So far so good! 4 workouts in and the bands are holding up well. Great buy for the price!
